Terms & Conditions

Clear terms for working with Parfaite.

These Terms & Conditions explain the basis on which you use our website, request a quote and arrange cleaning or property care services with Parfaite Property Care Ltd.

About Parfaite

Who these terms apply to.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the website and services provided by Parfaite Property Care Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16938593.

We provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services across London, tailored to our clients' individual requirements.

References to "Parfaite", "we", "us" or "our" in these terms mean Parfaite Property Care Ltd.

Website

Using our website.

The information on this website is provided to explain our services and allow prospective customers to contact us and request a quote.

Submitting an enquiry or quote request through the website does not by itself create a confirmed booking or require us to provide a service.

Service availability may depend on your location, property, requirements, scheduling and other relevant circumstances.

Quotes

Quotes are based on the information you provide.

We may ask for information about the property, cleaning requirements, frequency, access, timing and services needed before providing a quote.

A quote will be based on the information available to us at the time it is prepared. You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and reasonably complete.

If the property, required work or other relevant circumstances are materially different from the information provided when the quote was prepared, we may discuss any necessary change to the service, timing or price with you before additional work is carried out.

Bookings

When a service is confirmed.

A quote request is not a confirmed booking. A booking is subject to our acceptance and confirmation of the relevant service arrangements.

The agreed service may include details such as the property, scope of work, date or frequency, access arrangements, timing and price.

Any additional or different services should be agreed separately rather than assumed to form part of the original booking.

Your Responsibilities

Helping us provide the agreed service.

You are responsible for providing information and arrangements reasonably necessary for us to provide the agreed service. Depending on the property, this may include:

  • Accurate property and service information
  • Safe and reasonable access to the property
  • Relevant keys, access codes or entry instructions where agreed
  • Information about parking or access restrictions where relevant
  • Information about known hazards, damaged items or areas requiring particular care
  • Clear instructions for any agreed property-specific requirements

You should tell us about anything that could reasonably affect the safe or effective provision of the service.

Service Scope

Services are tailored to the agreed requirements.

The services we provide will depend on what has been agreed for your particular booking.

Website descriptions provide general information about the types of cleaning and property care we may offer. They do not mean that every listed task or feature is automatically included in every booking.

Optional services such as linen or laundry support, restocking, completion photos or issue reporting are included only where they form part of the agreed service.

Commercial Services

Commercial arrangements may have additional terms.

Commercial cleaning arrangements may require a separate service specification, schedule, quotation or written agreement depending on the premises and services required.

Where separate written terms are agreed for a commercial service, those terms will apply to that arrangement to the extent that they address the relevant matter.

Payment

Prices and payment arrangements.

The price and applicable payment arrangements will be communicated as part of the quotation or booking process.

Where additional work is requested or becomes necessary beyond the agreed scope, any change to the price should be discussed and agreed before that additional work is carried out.

Cancellations & Changes

Changing or cancelling a service.

If you need to cancel, reschedule or change a booking, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Any specific cancellation, rescheduling or payment terms applicable to a booking will be communicated as part of the booking arrangements.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any cancellation or other rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights.

If you are dealing with us as a consumer, you may have statutory rights in relation to services and contracts entered into at a distance or away from business premises.

Where a statutory cancellation period applies and you ask us to begin providing a service before that period has ended, additional legal requirements may apply.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory rights where it would be unlawful to do so.

Access & Safety

Safe access to the property.

You are responsible for ensuring that agreed access can be provided at the appropriate time and for telling us about known hazards or circumstances that could affect the service.

If we reasonably consider that a property, area, task or situation presents a material safety risk, we may pause or decline the affected work while the issue is considered.

Property & Belongings

Caring for your property.

We aim to treat each property and its contents with appropriate care.

Please tell us in advance about particularly delicate, valuable, unstable or damaged items, surfaces or fixtures that require special treatment or should not be cleaned.

If you believe that damage or another significant problem has occurred in connection with our service, please contact us promptly so that we can review the circumstances.

Liability

Our responsibilities.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

We are not responsible for failing to perform an obligation where performance is prevented by circumstances outside our reasonable control, although we will aim to communicate with you where such circumstances materially affect an agreed service.

Privacy

Personal information.

Information about how we collect and use personal information is available in our Privacy Policy.
